Bookings & Cancellations



Full Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This can be done via BACS transfer (please contact us directly for details).

We politely request 48 hours notice of cancellations, otherwise FULL payment will be retained to cover salon costs.

A full refund will be issued if 48 hours notice has been given.


Cancellations Policy

If you are late or forget your appointment a FULL service charge will be implemented. This means pre-payments will be retained.

For those on courses of treatments, the session will be deducted from the treatment course.

This is regrettable but under the circumstances of altered appointment timings and distancing, it is a necessity for the salon. Re-booking will be unavailable until this payment has been made.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will be FULLY refunded otherwise the payment will be retained.If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please inform us ASAP so we can offer the time to another client.
