Our website uses essential technologies needed for functions such as secure sessions, booking and account access. Optional analytics cookies are separate from these essential functions.

Google Analytics

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to selected public pages, such as our homepage, About page and Contact page.

Google Analytics may process information such as page visits, browser and device information, approximate location and online identifiers. Google provides this analytics service to us.

We do not intentionally send names, medical records, treatment selections, booking form details or payment information to Google Analytics. Our implementation excludes booking, payment and account pages.

Your choice

Optional Google Analytics tracking is disabled unless you choose Accept analytics. Selecting Reject analytics does not prevent you from using the clinic's normal website functions.

You can change your choice by returning to the main website and selecting Cookie settings at the bottom-left of the page.

Analytics cookies and storage

Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and related identifiers when tracking is enabled and you have consented. Cookie lifetimes depend on the configuration and Google's technology. Consent preferences are remembered in your browser's local storage.
