Terms and Conditions of Treatments

The following are the terms and conditions under which Sorcha Cubitt Laser and Aesthetics provides advanced aesthetic and IPL & Laser treatments.

During your consultation, you will be informed of the treatments we offer, their effects, side-effects, benefits, risks, limitations and any costs which may be involved. This information is also provided on a client informed consent sheet for you to read, sign and keep prior to treatments. You will have the oppertunity to ask for explanations of anything you do not understand.

We require that you declare your full medical history and any medical conditions, medications of any description, skin preparations, sun exposure or changes of any nature, to your therapist prior to each treatment.

We will always advise you on the treatment we consider best suits your needs. Staff will not provide treatment of any nature that they believe to be inappropriate or of no benefit. We reserve the right to refuse treatment in accordance with our Clinic Policies.

Clients are responsible for the preparation of skin and hair prior to scheduled appointments.

We operate on an appointment only system. We require that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please see Bookings & Cancellations Policies on our website.

Your personal data is confidential and in accordance with data protection legislation. We will never give your details to any third party. 

We have a zero tolerance to abuse either verbal or physical to our staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
