Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available during booking or as otherwise agreed with the clinic.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, any refundable amount paid will be returned in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations Policy
If you are late or fail to attend your appointment, the full service charge may be retained. Any pre-payment made towards the appointment will therefore not normally be refunded.
For treatment courses, a missed appointment may result in the relevant session being deducted from the course. Rebooking may be unavailable until any outstanding amount has been settled.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the full appointment charge being retained. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer the appointment to another client.

If more than one payment method was used, (such as part card and part gift voucher), the refund will be divided between those payment methods in the same proportions as the original payment.
Any amount refunded to a gift voucher will be returned to that same voucher for future use.
